As we are entering the last few days of this challenge, I am thinking ahead to 2016. This will be my third year to do a challenge. I have not lost a lot either year, but the pounds lost are adding up. I have had to buy new clothes and I get better reports at the Dr. And most of all, I feel better and am able to keep being as active as possible.

I have posted a new challenge on the 60+ LQQking to Lose 50+ team. Look under challenges for 10% in 2016 if you would like to join me for year 3. I would love to see some familiar names on the challenge.

I am starting late but wish to join this challenge.

I will shoot for the 15% but as I am starting late will probably be closer to 10% by 12/31/15, which gives me a goal between 213.3 and 201.45.

Trying to move my body more now that I am living on my own at least half of the time and also eating healthier when at my apartment.

Carolyn, Good to see you posting this morning. I did, too. After a month of not weighing, I actually am not unhappy. It is now time to get back to basics...healthy eating and exercise. We both know what to do and I have ever confidence that we will!!

Thinking about the New Year coming up and I want to challenge myself to lose 15% of my body weight this year! I welcome you to join me. There are few rules.
