It used to be mine; it has been years now, I just use the au jus from the meat. I eliminate the flour or cornstarch people usually use to make gravy.

I made healthy choices today I got 30mins working on the kitchen today. And it was Earth Day today so I wheeled around the hood and picked up trash.

I've begun the routine of doing a little yoga while I make my coffee. Nothing strenuous, or even particularly stretchy- but beneficial all the same. I do Tadasana- The Mountain Pose. I really do feel the stretch and the engaging of muscles, and the posture improvement. The Mountain Pose seems to be mostly about awareness. If you can stand and be conscious about your posture, you can do mountain pose.

You don't need to be doing heavy sweating and be out of breath for your movement to help you! If you're having trouble getting started (in general, or on any given day), beginning with something very simple might be just the thing. It works for me on a regular basis!

One of my most effective daily habits, in terms of food and sticking to my wellness plan, is beginning my day with a piece of fruit and a glass of water, even before I have my coffee. Having a grain like cereal or oatmeal is also a great start. If those are the first things I track, my day tends to follow the same course.

When I don't feel like exercising I tell myself that I be lost 3lbs this year and my numbers ate better all due to exercise then I can do it

I'm so stoked this thread has a little attention! Hilarious that I had the idea, but ran out of time to write what I was thinking. I won't make an exhaustive list or anything, but I'll come back and post as they come to me.

First thing every morning, I open my eyes and begin my day with gratitude. Simple things like, "I'm so grateful I got some rest," or "I'm grateful that the sun is shining," or- to illustrate how everything can be reframed - "I'm grateful that it's cloudy, and my bedroom didn't get too warm this morning."

So gratitude. I'll never stop touting it's benefits!
