FALL & WINTER HOLIDAYS CHALLENGE - Oct. 8 - Dec. 31st

Starting Weight 240 (Re-gained almost 3 pounds in the last 2 days, Ugh/Back on Track!
October 15 239 -
October 22 240.5 - Wrong Direction. . .but I haven't been as focused this last week.
October 29 241.6
November 5 240.2 Can't change my Ticker up as I didn't move it after gaining a few pounds recently. I'm still hoping to get to Onderland by next Spring. To do that I've really got to focus and "tighten up my eating & exercising".
November 12 - 241.5 Being sick you think I wouldn't have much appetite but as you can tell that never seems to be the case, sick or not, I love to eat. I'm going back to the SB way as that really helped me lose the pounds. Not exercising much either sure doesn't help me drop the pounds. I'm not well enough now but soon I want to get back to doing what I know words for me.
November 19 241 WI - Need to start eating better & exercising as I'm not making any good progress recently. I'm my own worse enemy when it comes to doing what I know works for me.

emoticon November 12 - 181.2 (-4.8) (Total actual lost 5.6) I scrambled OUT of that hole... Most thankful to SP, this wonderful team and to God .............
November 19 - well a dreadful several days resulted in a TEN pound weight gain.....
November 26 - 188.4 (more than I weighed on the first of November... )
December 3 - yup, still at 188.4 but not until I gained another seven pounds and lost that - probably fluid from all the junk food and soda that I ate and drank! I'm on to a better week, at least I hope so!
December 10 - 185.4..... for several days, thrilled.

October 15 - 283.2 (whew - after several days of eating out) emoticon
October 22 - 282.5 (*slowly..... at least it's going in the right direction!
October 29 - 280.5 (YAY - 2 Lbs! this week)
November 5 - 280.0 (seems a big loss is followed by a small one)
November 12 - 280.5 (Ok, got to re-examine what I'm doing and go back to lower carbs)
November 19 - 278 (YAY!!) I've lost 25 lbs now with SP and this Team emoticon
November 26 - 276 0 - I'm on a roll - the upside of my soft diet. emoticon
December 3 - 276 - seems to be a pattern, lose, stay for awhile, lose
December 10 - 276.0 - Looks like a plateau? Glad I'm not gaining, but would love to lose 3 lbs before December 31~

December 17 - 273,0 YAY ... Reached my first 10% Goal! PLATEAU Busted. emoticon
December 25 - 273 ... stayed the same - sick for 3 days, ate comfort food, though not much.
December 31 - 272.8 --- Ending the old/Starting the New off right!

TOTAL LOST: 11.1 lbs! WOW

This is our new Fall & Winter Holidays Challenge. It will run from October 8 - December 31

Weigh-Ins are to be reported weekly no later than Monday.

Every week we will be giving goodies to the challenge group. If you lost weight that week, you give out a goodie for every pound you lost. Also 1 goodie if it is any fraction of a pound. If you gain, you give out 2 goodies for every pound you gain. Gain 3 pounds that is 6 goodies to, gain 2.5, would be 5 goodies, gain 1.4 pounds would be 3 goodies and so forth.

After the goodies have been given out, put a smiley face (or your choice) emoticon after your weight.

Every Tuesday I will give a goodie to the Biggest Loser on the challenge. Again, your weight must be reported by Monday night. Lets have some fun with this challenge and most of all lets make it count. Lose weight !
