My goal is to get myself back into a healthy routine of eating right and exercising daily other than walking the dog. Since moving to a new state 8 weeks ago; life has been hectic but difficult to get back into a routine. Looking forward to coordinated schedule and logging in to keep me on track.

My goal is to get back on track and finish this bootcamp. I finished some other Spark 4 week challenges and then never finished this one. I have been running 3 days a week and focusing on my eating again. I am wanting to continue to reach my goal of a healthy BMI and a healthy and happy lifestyle!

My goal is to meet all the challenges for this week ~ Week 1 Action Steps. I'm training to run a 5k on Thanksgiving; my goal is to be able to jog 10 minutes without stopping by the end of the week.

My goal is to kickstart my workout routine. I donʻt have working out down pat, unless you want to count walking the dog. My goal is to also shed a few pounds. Just recently I saw that had lost a total of 15 lbs which makes me very happy but I definitely need to lose more, maybe this challenge will motivate me.

I am not overweight just a few pounds over goal. Weight Watchers makes you pay if you're 2 pounds and an ounce over. I have at least 4 more pounds to lose.

My hope is to have some motivation and routine for keeping off the "winter fat" this year. It's difficult for me to work out when there are feet of snow outside emoticon I'm not over weight but would like to have more muscle definition.

well, today I didn't go and work out......went to the dentis this morning and found out that I need to fix a tooth...just glad that they found it.....work out has been hard be its been good.....

I did the same thing! I went to a work out at the college campus I saw on a Meetups site. I didn't know anyone and I'm pretty sure that I was the oldest one there...wait, there was one guy there older than me (I'm 50) and in great shape too! My goal for this challenge is to lose 8 lbs and shrink a bit. And then not gasp for air at these workouts.

I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined my community in working out at the racquetball court. I haven't worked out in a group since 2011 which was very invigorating. If I'm not busy tomorrow there's another class at 10am. emoticon

My goal for the bootcamp is to get into an exercise routine that will not stop after 28 days. I recently had a baby and would like to get back into shape. I have lost all the weight I gained, but still have the baby belly.

My husband is also saying mean things about my weight. He thinks saying that will motivate me to lose. Which is the total opposite. I am doing this for myself. I would love to fit into my size 4 Victoria Secret dresses again and look great. My self esteem right now is at an all time low because of all the negative talk about my weight. I'm on my 2nd day of bootcamp. emoticon

I am starting this challenge to jump start my workout routine and weight loss. Trying to find new and creative ways to keep exercising, even if the weather outside isn't the most ideal for running.

I have 2 months before I start a new job, and I want to look and feel great, and have lost some pounds along the way.

My goal for the 28-day bootcamp challenge is to lose 10lb. I know it'll be tough for me because I have tried many times over the past year and failed to maintain any loss. I've come back to SP and I'm humbling myself and admitting that I could use help in doing this weight loss thingy. This is Day 2 of the challenge for me.

Hi. I joined this challenge to add an extra kick to my workout routine. I hope it'll help me lose some of the weight I've packed on over the past few months and feel better about myself. Coming home and hearing, "Have you gained weight?" or "Whoa, you got fat," (yes, that actually happened) for the Nth time was a pretty big blow to my self esteem. Hearing my mom say, "You need to lose weight if you want to wear that dress for your wedding," didn't help either. Sigh. So I'm doing this for me. Not because people's comments are just downright mean, but because I am in charge of my life. So I can either sit back and let them insult me or I can take things into my own hands (and make them eat their words)

I need to become motivated again to lose the weight I gained on the cruise and keep active. I have reached my goal before but gained back a 11 pounds which I need to lose before the next cruise in February. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I am a current lifetime member of Weight Watchers and do not wish to pay them because I gained over 2 pounds. Thank you very much.

I keep trying to get myself motivated because I know how GREAT I feel when I work out. I have had a lot of false starts this past year and I'm 47 and things are really starting to not look good - so I'm back on Spark after many years away and doing everything I can to motivate myself. I've seen a couple quotes on Pinterest that really struck home and made me decide to find my old Spark page...like:
"Don't give up what you want most for what you want now." and "If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up."
I'm going to do my best to stick with this challenge for 28 full days, despite all the obstacles that come up, because I just want it to finally become a lifestyle - and because I'm ready to make a change this time - for real and for the long term.
So that's my goal - 28 days!

I joined the challenges to help me have a guideline. I want to get healthier - and in order to do that I have to lose weight! I am aiming to go from 265.8 to 150 by August 24, 2013. My first 6 days yielded 6.6 pounds of weight loss with just intense labor and no exercising and 1200 calories a day. I am ready to being this!

3. Loose 4 lbs. for the month, minimal, and at the most 8 lbs. So, in other words, lose 4-8 lbs.

My goal is to be fit at 50 and to stay there. I have lost 18 lbs. since the end of July, but the last month I have stayed at the same weight. I have been tracking my food, but my next step is to get moving more aerobically...walking my son (and the dogs) to & from school each day for 2.5 miles/day is good, but I think I need more intensity to get over this plateau. I am hoping the 28 day bootcamp will help me.

I've joined this challenge (again) because I want to create a healthier lifestyle for myself and I'm kind of floundering on my own. I hope that joining a challenge like this will help keep me on track.

My goals:
1. I will log everything that I eat at least 5 days a week.
2. I will exercise/be active (and log it on SP) at least 3 days a week.

Goals are: Workout 6 days a week - Cardio every day and weights 3 days. Track fitness and food every day for the 28 days. Select food options that fit within my food plan. FOCUS on actions and consistency with my plan and NOT on the weight.
