So glad that you are on day 2. These are great workouts and I have enjoyed them.
Day one I could do again, as I can't do those exercises at the hard level yet.

P.S. Think of changing your screen name. We are what we think and your name may be hindering you. Positive images in our minds cause us to change our thoughts into more positives and thoughts change into actions. emoticon

You have lost a whole first grader or kindergartener. Good Job. Just think of how wonderful it is that you are no longer lugging them on your body. (I lost 28 lbs, no longer lugging a toddler on my back. I have 25 lbs., or another one year old to go)
(It's fun to think this way because I have to lift children all day long and kids that are heavier than 40 lbs are too heavy for me to lift by myself)

Last day for Week One. It took me 8 days, as I was way too tired to exercise last Thurs. But did at least 5 cardio and all the bootcamps in spite of having a banquet last nite. I just broke the exercise up into smaller increments, bootcamp before work, 10 min on treadmill at lunch and 14 min. cardio video before leaving. Didn't feel too hard that way with a long day. emoticon

Good for you Potomacstate....
I felt the same on Sun. but made myself get out into the weather and walk anyway. Felt very good afterward. For me being outside refreshes my mind.

Today is day 5 for me. I didn't do anything yesterday so I did days 4 and 5 (videos). I also added another video. So for this morning I have about 30 minutes of exercise. emoticon I still plan to do my 5k training later today.

I started week one a few days ~~ I'm on day 3. I didn't do any of the workouts on day 1, so I did 2 videos yesterday. I have been exercising, though. How is everyone else doing?
