With all the fabulous support I have received from this group, I have decided to keep going with my streak. I plan to do 3500 steps a day at least and 4 flights of stairs. I also am going to try to get at least 3 very active minutes on my fitbit.

06/01 - 3776 steps - 2 flights of stairs - 4 very active minutes
06/02 - 4077 steps - 8 flights of stairs - 1 very active minute
06/03 - 2930 steps - 2 flights of stairs - 3 very active minutes
06/04 - 4756 steps - 6 flights of stairs - 4 very active minutes
06/05 - 4005 steps - 4 flights of stairs - 4 very active minutes
06/06 - 3608 steps - 4 flights of stairs - 7 very active minutes

I bought the sparkpeople tracker. It helps me keep motivated in walking everyday. You can have it set what amount you want. I think it will help you in your walking plan. Good luck on your endeavor.

God Is Good. I live every day knowing that I can loose this weight that I have with the Lord by my side. I wouldn't be able to do it on my own. I thank God for His help.
