I'm on Weight Watcher's Points Plus Program. I still log my food and activities at Spark People and also at Weight Watchers', but I do challenges here at Spark People and I love the support from the message boards. Weight Watcher's has been super easy for me and you can eat anything you want as long as you figure it into your points. I've lost just over 8 pounds in 3 weeks on their program, so it's going well, and that was after an almost 2 pound gain the first week since I wasn't eating all my points. I think it's reasonable ($39.95 a month for unlimited access) and you learn to eat in the real world. The meetings are a great tool as well.

Hugs, Lauri

I'm on the HMR Decision Free plan. It's working wonderfully for me, but I'm getting bored with the food choices. Not sure if I want to switch to the Healthy Solutions option (includes fruits and veggies) or consider switching to something else.

Hi! New here. :) I'm tracking what I eat here as well as my exercise. I recently discovered Carb cycling and am trying that. So far so good! I just started it Sunday and have lost almost 5lbs so far, which was my 2 wk goal -- so it hasn't even been a week yet and I'm almost there! (less than a pound to go). My goal is to be under 200 on my next birthday (June 28).

Hi there, I use Spark People to track my food and exercise and I stay within Spark's recommended calorie limits. I love Spark and have tried other things in the past, but with Spark People I am learning how to live and eat and stay fit.

I also try to not overeat, to stop eating when full.

Good luck, there's been a lot of success on this team.

The problem is, nobody does it.

I did very well in the past with Weight Watchers Core program. Just eating healthy foods unprocessed wherever possible. I made chicken soup and rotisserie chicken today. I'm looking at a different approach because I ntend to get food food boredom so I know I have to be aware that I don't keep eating the same things over again.
