A Newsweek article talks about the three biggest revelations in the studies of weight loss (and gains) and listed them as: Food diaries (Yes, they are important!), Weekend weaknesses (People overeat on Saturdays and those who work out on both Saturday and Sunday overeat on both days.), and Work-related support (Work weight loss activities have good outcomes!).
