I was in Dallas and had breakfast and lunch brought in to training class - made healthy choices and tracked. :)

Since I got a "free" day off of work today, I went through my kitchen and planned healthy meals for the next few days. That way I'm not throwing together something at the last minute. I'm going to make a big salad because I end up making a little one every morning to take to work.

Planned as many healthy crockpot meals for this week. Got 3 out of the 5 workdays covered. Today is the 2nd crockpot meal for this week.

Got up early and ran at the Y - have a cold so I felt good about doing this today.

Had a healthy breakfast and stopped at Dunkin Donuts and got only a coffee - resisted the brownie batter and cookie batter donuts.

Yesterday I did my planned yoga workout. Later in the day I felt good and did a 15 minute Unplanned arm workout. Also got my fruit and veggie goal in and took my multi vitamin. All small, but if I do these things consistently I think it will add up.
