I'm right handed so this isn't really a surprise, but my right arm is WAY stronger than my left right now. I lift dumbbells rather than bars specifically to avoid this, but right now I'm doing the same weight and reps on both sides in the name of balance. That means I'm getting my left biceps and triceps to failure while my right arm really isn't much challenged. I'm wondering whether balance is the right goal or if I should keep a separate record for my right so that I'm making gains on both sides.

Anybody else dealt with this? Advice?
