The values for cycling in the reclassification option are for stationary cycling, so it sounds like you chose the right one if you were going at that speed.

GRAMMALEE56 - I just checked your account and you have an event that you reclassified today, so it looks like you figured that out. emoticon

Oh WOW, BobbyD, thank you so very much for that info. I never counted the lights or even imagined there was a way to count the steps. I thought the lights were kind of a % of (not a Sparks member) Now, I can look smart ;o) and tell her.

How do I change my daily steps goal?

Go to your Spark Activity Tracker page.
Click on the Goals/Settings tab (third tab to the right).
Under the heading, "Lights & Daily Steps," you can enter the number of steps you would like to set as your goal.
Click the "Save Goal" button, located just below the step goal box.

Please note: In order for your new daily steps goal to be updated, your Spark Activity Tracker will need to also sync with your SyncPoint USB dongle.

Yes, you can. You just need to run the setup installation on that computer and have your USB dongle plugged into that computer for it to sync.

Does anyone know if you can sync the tracker to more than one computer? The one I use at home may not be the one I take on a trip and just wondered if this was possible.

I have seen many of you say you do not like not being able to see how many steps you have take during the day towards your goal, but you can!!!

It is factory preset for 6000 steps which would light up 12 lights so each light is 500 steps so tap it 5 times and see how many lights you have will tell you your steps. So if you have 5 light you have 2500+ steps in for the day.

if you have 5 lights you know you are between 2500 and 3000 steps so pretty easy to check.

you can also reset it :
12000 steps each light = 1000 steps
18000 = 1500
24000 = 2000 and so on
