I checked today! It has a lot more calcium than "regular" milk. Hope that helps!

I consume very little dairy products and when I had kidney stones the doctor said i was because I needed natural sources of calcium. I am going to try lactose toleran tablets tomorrow - my son uses them.

I have always wondered if almond milk is a natural source of calcium. Does anyone know? I do not like milk or most dairy items (only eat yogurt & cottage cheese and they sometimes bother my stomach).

I love, love, love coffee with milk. One thing a member recommended to me years ago was to swap out skim milk for Almond milk (it's 30 calories per cup!). I did that and it really made an impact on my weight loss.
