Here is a link to one of the Spark articles, it deals with successful weight loss.

When I first started, I tried to use the meals in the meal tracker to get going. I found it a little tough as my family didn't like a lot of what I was trying to eat. The very best thing I figured out, is to take the meal plan, then for anything that wasn't particularly appealing, I clicked on that item in my plan, and it opened up a schwack of options. Pick one of the options, and you will find it way easier to deal with.

One of the benefits of doing this, is that you find out different things that can be substituted for your meals to make sure they are healthy and are providing your body with what it needs throughout the day.

Cheers,
Trish
