Tracking your Food and Exercise

This will be ongoing until the end of our Biggest Loser Spooktacular Halloween Challenge (Monday, 11/5)

Our week goes from Monday through Sunday.

I will set up a new thread for each week and post it on Sundays. (Check date in topic title.)

Please make one post each week and "Edit" it.



You can use SparkPeople's Food Tracker or a hand written journal.

If you belong to Weight Watchers you can post your Point Range and Points.
