My goal this month was 100 miles. So far I have done 68.5. I use Leslies walking workouts a few day a week, plus walk outdoors 2-3 days a week. 68.5 is my total miles walked between the two. I also have started using a treadmill and use a stationary bike but will not add these miles to this total.

10/16 Walked the garden center and bought plants
10/15 3 Hours of turning soil and weeding to get my beds ready for plants. Not to mention, hauling dirt.
10/14 Walked to garden center looking at plants
10/13 WATP 3 fast miles (10,168 steps for the day)
10/12 Wii Free Walk (6357 steps for the day)
10/11 WATP 4 fast miles

Note about the steps: Bought a pedometer and two batteries died within two days. Sent the pedometer back to the manufacturer. Guess I'm not counting steps

I shoot for 25 miles a week alternating between 4 Mile Super Walk and 5 Fat Burning Miles - don't get near your 1500 minutes - way to go!

OCTOBER 1 - 1 mile


I'm continuing with the 1 and 2 mile dvd. After a couple more weeks I'll try to increase the miles.

Finally cooler weather and I'm ready to get outdoors to walk, however my ankle continues with swelling and foot aches, so I'll commit to doing what I can for now until I get it looked at. One day, it's fine, the next it isn't! Great timing!

Dear Lord, set my sights on You and Your great attributes. Help me to live in Your presence, dependent on Your guidance each day. In Jesus� name, Amen.
