Today I am motivated because in two weeks time I am down 4 lbs for the first time since I had my daughter. I had 1/2 atkins bar and coffee with cream and celery for breakfast. I would like to lose 25 lbs and take one week at a time losing two a week. I am 50 and have a 14, 11 and 3 year old and just started working out (walk 3 mi a day). If you have anything in common or want to enlighten me please do so as I need to do this.....many thanks! mom emoticon

Okay I am back. I had one tortilla - 97 calories, I can't believe its butter spray - 0 calories, Cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar - 8 calories.

Not sure what I am going to eat. I don't usually eat this late, but everything sounds boring this morning. So I haven't ate yet. Oh I did have coffee.

1 cup Activia Vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup pineapple and a cup of coffee w/ milk & sweetener. Also started the day firt thing with an 8oz glass of water :)

Oh yes, Momma48, coffeeeeeeee! Plus, I had 2 low carb tortilla's with a tablespoon of lowfat cream cheese spread over them, then I put 1/2 tablespoon of Orange Marmalade on each, folded in half and heated in the toaster oven. You can use any fruit preserves, jelly, whatever, but it is good and the whole grain is filling!
