So far the biggest help has been lowering my carb intake. Also when eating, I eat all of the protein first, and everything else last. It's amazing how doing that reduces how much you eat and makes you feel more full. I also have been ensuring I drink 8 cups of water a day. That has reduced my hunger a lot. I remember someone telling me years ago if your hungry, take a drink. Sometimes you misinterpret the signal.

Tell us what works best for you? Diet, exercise plan, etc. Have you found certain foods that re good for you and great tasting?? How do you beat your cravings? How to you break out off weight loss plateaus? Let's all learn off each other!!
