Well, I didn't invest in the Wii. I haven't been exercising. I need to start getting up early enough to walk. Once I make a habit of walking, I really enjoy it.

My Curves is closing in December! I just got back to going three days a week! What'll I do now? It's nearly 20 miles either direction to the nearest curves, and my work schedule won't allow it anyway. I'm thinking about Wii. Anyone successful at doing it regularly?

More walking yesterday -- I think that I did around 2 miles. Today, I want to go to a park and take a long, leisurely hike. I loooooove spring weather and want to enjoy it while I can!

Wednesday the 29th...20 minutes walking...
at the airport...going for the baggage claiming area...
It hurt so bad I'm still recuperating...
...but I did it!
This is my 3d month on Sparks and I STILL think it's maaarvelous, dahlings!

I went to the water aerobics class at the pool yesterday (took my teenage daughter and her friend with me). 30 minutes of aerobic activity, plus warm-up, cool-down and water crunches. It was a good workout and I could tell that those crunches were working the muscles I need worked.
